An open index of who owns their AI and who rents it, measured region by region.

Most of the debate about artificial intelligence is about who can access it. The question that decides power is who owns it: who runs their own models and knowledge, and who only rents access on someone else's terms. The AI Ownership Index measures that in the open, so the gaps are impossible to look away from.
