2. What we collect

When you email us or submit a form, we collect your name, email address, and message. When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure collects standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

  • Responding to contact inquiries: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Server logs for security and operation of the Site: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention

Contact data is retained for up to three years from last contact. Server logs are retained by our host for a short period for security and diagnostics. Data is deleted when no longer needed.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
