onehill.org is operated by OneHill GmbH, an Austrian foundation dedicated to open source artificial intelligence. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful informational and research purposes. You may not use the Site to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or scrape or extract content through automated means without our consent.

3. Intellectual property

Content on the Site is the property of OneHill GmbH or its contributors and is protected under applicable law. You may share it for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Open source materials in our project repositories are governed by their respective open source licenses.

4. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided as is. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Austrian law, OneHill GmbH's liability for claims arising from use of the Site is limited to EUR 100. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Vienna, Austria. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
